Terms of use

Effective September 28, 2026.

Local Outbound Desk is a private operational tool for ForTheWeb’s authorized Jeffco Coupons and RankBail email workflows. Access is limited to its owner and expressly authorized operators. It is not offered as a public subscription service.

Operators may connect only accounts they are authorized to use and must follow applicable email requirements, Google platform policies, approved campaign limits and recipient suppression preferences. Sensitive replies require the owner’s review and approval.

The owner controls campaign activation, pauses and local data. Email delivery and continued Google access depend on Google’s services and account authorization. The application does not guarantee delivery or commercial results.

See the privacy policy for data handling. Questions: jrace@fortheweb.com.
