AI in action: from the first search to the work inside your company
A property manager is looking for one company to cover her buildings
Her buildings are spread across the region, and you have a branch near each of them. Your website lists your services and a phone number, but it doesn’t show where you work or that you handle accounts with several buildings. She can’t tell whether you could take this on, so she calls someone else.
What we do We make your services, branch locations and the size of account you handle clear on the site, and we do the technical SEO that helps Google and AI search understand your business.

An account you already have
Sales agrees to five visits a week at two buildings
Another customer has three buildings with you. She asks for cleaning five days a week at Sites A and B instead of three, starting Monday. Sales agrees, updates her agreement and the price, and moves on to the next account.
The schedule at Branch 1, which cleans those buildings, still says three visits. So does the billing record.
The first week
Her buildings get three visits, not five
Nobody changed the branch schedule, so the crew comes Monday, Wednesday and Friday, as it always has. On Tuesday and Thursday nobody comes. She calls her account manager, who can see the new agreement but can’t see why the branch didn’t follow it.
The end of the month
The old invoice goes out, and the calls come to you
Billing still has the old contract, so she is billed at the old price. You sold more work, and it isn’t being done or billed. Your account manager spends days pulling the agreement, the branch schedule and the invoice together. The branch manager says nobody told them. The customer calls you. Changes on other accounts wait while this one gets sorted out.
What ForTheWeb connects
A change to the agreement reaches the branch schedule and the bill
We start by sitting down with sales, the branches and billing to see how a change moves through your company today. Then we connect the agreement to the branch schedule and the billing record, in the systems your people already use, wherever those systems allow it.
When something is missing Site C has no start date yet. Instead of turning up later as a complaint, it goes to the account manager with the agreement attached, so she can confirm the date with the customer.
The same account, the next week
Her buildings get five visits, and the invoice matches what she agreed to
The crew’s schedule shows Sites A and B five days a week. Her account manager answers from the same record the branch and billing use, and Site C starts once its date is confirmed. Changes on your other accounts move the same way, so they stop piling up on your desk.
And for the next buyer Your site shows the region you cover and the accounts you handle, so the next property manager can see that you’re a good fit and call you.
